How Process
Step 1 Design Optimization
We offer DFM according to customer’s 3D drawing.Some design suggestion is discussed and the approved suggestion is implemented in revised 3D.
Step2 Material Selection
We assist in selecting suitable LSR material based on customer’s properties and regulatory requirements.
Step 3 Tooling and pilot production
When the structure could not be definitely confirmed during drawing time,prototyping tool with low cost helps accelerate design validation.It also supports low-volume pilot production to reduce time.Serial tool is proceeded as approved DFM.
Step 4: Manufacturing
Product is injected as approved sample in the cleaning room.
Step 5 Post-processing & Assembly
Further surface treatment such as symbol laser,UV-treatment or other value-added service like over-assembly is carried out.
Step 6 Package and on time delivery
Customs package solution is provided to ensure safe shipment during reliable on-time delivery.
