What Is Silicone Valve?
Silicone valve is a kind of one-way or check valve made from silicone rubber (elastomer) that controls the flow of fluids (liquids or gases) by opening under a specific pressure to allow forward flow and then automatically closing to prevent backflow.It is typically have no moving internal parts like a ball, disc, or stem. Instead, the entire valve body itself is flexible and performs the sealing action.

Cross-slit Valve
Features a cross-shaped slit. It can achieve “forward pressure for dispensing, negative pressure for air return.”by silicone elasticity. Widely used in sauce bottles, sport water bottles, shampoo bottles for controlled dispensing and leak prevention.
Duckbill Valve
Shape likes a duck’s beak with a linear outlet. The valve has clear directionality, it opens with forward pressure and closes tightly with reverse pressure. Widely used in medical devices, anti-siphon check valves, respirators where critical backflow prevention.
Umbrella Valve
Shape likes an umbrella. Usually used for ventilation and pressure relief, when reaching a certain pressure difference , the edge of the umbrella surface lifts to allow gas or liquid to pass through.
Diaphragm Valve
A flat silicone membrane,widely used in precision control diaphragm valves for sealing and flow regulation.
