FAQ – Custom Manufacturing
Yes,Logo or your brand logo could be customized on the product by lasering ,printing or other method.
Our OEM process includes the following steps:
First, the customer submits the design requirements by offering drawing or samples and our engineering team evaluates the feasibility ; then, we design and manufacture the mold and make samples for the customer’confirmation; after getting sample approval from customer, we carry out mass production to ensure that the product meets the design requirements and on time delivery.
The mold design will be finished within 4 days and mold manufacturing takes 7-30 days ,depends on the complexity of the product.

Yes ,you could define the color and hardness for OEM or ODM .The common hardness is Shore A 20 to Shore A 80.Shore A 10 and Shore A 90 is feasible for some special material .Colors from Pantone & RAL card or your offed samples is ok.
Yes, we strictly maintain confidentiality regarding customer product designs, samples, and solutions; no identical products will be disclosed or leaked externally.
We will sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) and wont use the design for other customers or sell it independently.
